Here’s how to make a Juliet & Romeo at home.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Gin
- 3 slices of Cucumber
- 8 Mint Leaves
- 1 pinch Salt
- 22.5 ml Lime Juice
- 15 ml Sugar Syrup (2:1)
- Cucumber ribbon to garnish
Method
Muddle the cucumber in the base of your shaker. Add all other ingredients and shake over ice. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a cucumber ribbon.
